34 Players remain in Salmon Arm after the Backs first pre-season game on Tuesday night, a 9-2 win versus the Prince George Spruce Kings at the Shaw Centre. Forward Carter Hikichi (96) and defenseman Tanner Rhodes (96) moved on this morning, leaving 20 forwards, 11 defenseman and 3 goaltenders heading into Friday night’s exhibition game in Salmon Arm versus the Vernon Vipers at 7p.m.

The Silverbacks will take on the Vipers in Vernon at 6p.m. on Saturday night before travelling to 100 Mile House on Tuesday, the 9th to meet the Spruce Kings at 7p.m. The pre-season concludes with a weekend home-and-home set with the West Kelowna Warriors beginning Friday night, the 12th in West Kelowna and finishing on Saturday, the 13th back at the Shaw Centre at 7p.m.
