Backs trade for Booth.

The Silverbacks have traded for defenseman Ryley Booth of the Vernon Vipers in exchange for future considerations.
The 18-year-old from nearby Armstrong, BC has one goal and three assists in his first ten regular season games in the BCHL.
Booth is now one of seven Silverbacks defenseman.
Booth scored five goals and 17 assists in 46 games last season with his hometown team, the North Okanagan Knights of the KIJHL in Junior B. He will make his Silverbacks debut this Friday versus the West Kelowna Warriors, at 7p.m. at the Shaw Centre in Salmon Arm.
All Silverbacks regular season and playoff games are webcast via http://www.fasthockey.com as well as audio only at http://mixlr.com/sasilverbacks/ Also, all Silverbacks road games are broadcast on CKVS-FM 93.7 http://www.voiceoftheshuswap Friday’s broadcast from the Shaw Centre in Salmon Arm will begin with the Pre-game show at 6:45p.m., the opening Face-off is set for 7p.m.
